Quartermasteris an Armor Modin Outriders. Quartermaster is a Tier 3 Armor Mod.Armor Mods alter the overall stats of your defenses and add buffs, as well as effects to theSkillsof your selectedClass.Players cannot stack the same mod to double the effect or value, but instead, players can equip two different Mods with the same tier.
