Summary. Increases the effectiveness of your Status Effects, in the case of Burn, Bleed, and Toxic it increases the damage done, in the case of Ash, Freeze, Vulnerable and Weakness it increases the duration of the effect.

One Attribute, Status Power, buffs the strength of a player's Status Effects such as Burning, Freezing, and Weakness. There are so many Attributes that players can modify to improve their performance in Outriders. Some can improve weapon damage, boost armor, and heal players as they deal damage through Leeching.

Anomaly Power is your AP stat, increasing it adds up to your Skills Damage. Anomaly Damage is a multiplicative damage source to your final Skill Damage.

There are three debuffs in Outriders: Vulnerable, Weakness, and Slow. Vulnerable increases the damage dealt to an enemy by 25% and lasts for 10 seconds. Weakness is the opposite and reduces an enemy's damage output by 30% for 6 seconds.

Trickster. The best Outriders class is the Trickster. This path's first three abilities synergise together wonderfully, allowing you to hop in and inflict stasis on everyone. You can either follow up with some shotgun skills, or allow your team to do your dirty work.

In the case of weapons, more Firepower generally equals more damage, but players can see a weapon's damage by looking for the “DMG” number in the weapon's stat block.

Effect. When you are afflicted by the Ash status, your movement and attacks are stopped; you can only attempt to break free by using your melee attack.

Outriders is the good kind of grind - especially if you're into goo-ifying your enemies with a couple of friends.

In addition, people who have survived exposure to the Anomaly like the Outrider have become "Altered", mutated humans possessing supernatural powers.

While your character can't change classes at will, there's plenty of flexibility in the class skills unlocked throughout the campaign so be sure to take advantage of this to whatever suits your playstyle. What does CT mean in Outriders? ›

CT = Challenge Tier. It's the tiers used in expeditions and is completely independent of the World Tiers.

Beyond specific sources, Legendaries can also drop across the game from high level enemies and certain activities. Though there is always a chance Legendaries can be rewarded, there are ways to boost your chances: Setting your World Tier as high as possible.

World Tier affects the difficulty setting in Outriders. Setting a new World Tier level increases the difficulty of the game but also offers better rewards. If the game is too difficult, you may wish to lower your world level. You can also set the game to automatically choose from the highest available world tier.

The one saving grace here though is that once you have unlocked a World Tier, you can't lose it. Your progress bar towards the next tier will be depleted, but you won't lose any progress on the one below your current tier.

Crowd Control

Ash: Encases an enemy in ash, preventing them from moving or attacking for 2.5 seconds. Freeze: Encases an enemy in ice, preventing them from moving or attacking for 3.5 seconds. Slow: Reduces an enemy's movement speed by 30-75%, depending on its status resistance.
