BTW, I'm not sure if $2.5 million counts as "bling-adjacent."
Massive apartments. Private jets. Fabulous parties. Yep, I'm talking Netflix's newest hit show, Bling Empire: New York. While the cast members have already given everyone quite a bit to ooh and aah over (um, how much did that emerald necklace cost, and are Vika and Richard still together?!), I'm curious to know just how much money these folks actually have in the bank.
This crew is undoubtedly wealthy–and it's only natural to be curious about who actually has the highest net worth, and where all that money comes from in the first place. Thankfully for you, WH has dug into this question. So, here's everything you need to know about the cast's huge net worths.
1
Stephen Hung
Occupation: Businessman, founder and chairman of SH Capital Group
Stephen is the blingiest Bling Empire: New York star with a net worth of about $400 million. Stephen is the founder and chairman of SH Capital Group and is vice chairman of Rio Hotel & Casino in Macau, China.
In addition to his current role, Stephen started a hospitality business called The 13, which was supposed to be a luxury hotel and casino, per his LinkedIn profile. In 2014, The Washington Post reported that Stephen placed a $20 millions order of 30 (!!!) Rolls-Royce Phantoms for his luxury hotel project. However, the business didn’t take off and Hung left the project in 2018.
The 64-year-old also previously worked in investment banking, and initially followed his family’s footsteps in real estate after graduating from Columbia University, and then moving onto the University of Southern California for an MBA.
2
Deborah Valdez-Hung
Occupation: Socialite, former model
As Stephen’s other half, Deborah reportedly shares his wealth. However, the Mexico-native also started her career as a model, and she eventually became a modeling scout. These days, she runs her own Asian and European modeling agency, Dreamodels.
Deborah met Stephen during a trip to Hong Kong and married him in 2012. It seems like these two are one, crazy rich power couple– with a joint net worth of $400 million.
3
Dorothy Wang
Occupation: Entrepreneur, former real estate agent
It should come as no surprise that Dorothy Wang comes from a pretty luxe childhood. The reality star (who actually made her reality debut on Rich Kids of Beverly Hills) is the daughter of Vivine and Roger Wang.
Dorothy's father, Roger, 73, is a self-made billionaire (currently worth a reported $3.5 billion). He only recently stepped down as chief executive officer of Golden Eagle Retail Group, an investment holding company, per Forbes.
It’s likely that Dorothy gets most of her wealth from her family, but she’s still hustling out there, making a name for herself on reality television. Her net worth is currently around $10 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Lynn Ban
Occupation: Businesswoman, fashion and jewelry designer
Lynn, 50, was also born into a wealthy family, but she’s made a name for herself. In 2002, Lynn launched her first fashion line, Lynn Ban Vintage, at Barneys New York. Other luxury clothing stores like Dover Street Market, Net-A-Porter, and Matches Fashion also picked up her brand.
In 2011, Lynn shuttered the business and began making her own jewelry under a line she launched with hubby Jett Kain, called Lynn Ban Jewelry. The brand has had lots of high-end customers like Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, and Madonna. According to Lifestyle Asia, Lynn is worth around $5 million.
5
Jett Kain
Occupation: Businessman, former producer and reporter
Although Jett got his start in the entertainment industry as a reporter and producer at MTV, his career really took off when he married Lynn in 1994. The couple currently run Lynn Ban Jewelry together, meaning their net worth is probably the same.
These days, it’s unclear if the couple is currently together, or if they're still working together after the finale of Bling Empire: New York. In the cliffhanger episode, Jett gets a job offer in Los Angeles, which causes tension between the couple, per TheCinemaholic.
6
Blake Abbie
Occupation: Former fashion editor, actor
Blake Abbie got his start in the fashion industry as an editorial assistant, per The Cut. According to his LinkedIn page, he’s currently an actor and Editor-at-Large for A Magazine Curated By.

Tina Leung
Occupation: Fashion mogul, stylist, and blogger
Tina Leung has had a fabulous career in the fashion industry. The list includes the likes of Giambattista Valli and Max Mara. She’s also a member of the Slaysians, a group of top-notch fashion industry leaders.
With all her different professional pursuits, Tina’s net worth is difficult to narrow down. However, Buzz Learn reports it is somewhere between $1 million and $5 million.
8
Richard Chang
Occupation: Chief Growth Officer at Hudson Medical + Wellness
In an episode of Bling Empire: New York, Richard claims that he and his girlfriend Vika are only “bling adjacent.” But this star still makes a very decent living. Richard worked as a director of merchandise planning at Calvin Klein and founded a restaurant, Un Poco Loco, according to his LinkedIn profile,
Currently, he is the chief growth officer at a healthcare company. Richard’s net worth is around $2.5 million when taking into consideration his current role and previous business ventures, according to TheCinemaholic.
9
Vika Abbyaeva
Occupation: Works in the tech industry, model
Vika’s net worth isn't really clear at this time, but some sources speculate it could be around $1.5 million. The exact specifics of what Vika does for a living are also pretty hard to determine, but based on her Instagram, it seems like she works with a lot of luxury fashion brands.
She wrote to WH that she also works in the tech industry, though she did not share any more specifics on her role.

Nam Laks
Occupation: Student, former Burger King employee
It's unclear exactly what Nam currently does for a living, but she definitely grew up super wealthy. Nam is the youngest child of Thai businessman Nakorn Laksanakarn, who was previously the CEO of Natural Park Public Company Limited, per TheCinemaholic. Her family's net worth is estimated to be around $100 million.
Nam's personal net worth is around $100,000, Lifestyle Asia reported. But based on the show, it seems she relies on her family's wealth to fund her lifestyle. Viewers watch Nam struggle with the decision to stay in New York or return to Thailand after she finished her Master's degree from the Spiritual Mind Body Institute at Columbia University.
