WeightWatchers dinner recipes are delicious, nutritious, and perfect for the whole family to eat. Most “diet” foods are ones you’ll eat alone, while your family enjoys something much more… flavorful. Weight Watchers recipes are different because they’re already full of flavor, enough so that everyone loves them. Yes, even the kids!

You could use lean beef or chicken instead. This recipe only has 4 SMART Points and 4 PointsPlus per serving. If you're hungry, you can probably 'afford' two servings… and you'll want them. Delicious!

Feel free to make a vegetarian version of this recipe using meat crumbles instead of meat.

Veggie Loaded Mac N Cheese

One of the hardest things to give up, when you are trying to live a healthier lifestyle, for me was mac 'n cheese. When I discovered I could make a lower calorie WeightWatchers Mac 'n Cheese version of this classic American favorite, I was over joyed.

I make this recipe a lot. It is one of the main recipes I bring to potlucks. Nobody knows it's Weight Watchers unless they ask, so it's perfect for everyone to eat! I load it up with veggies, I think onion and broccoli (cut into very small pieces) is one of my most favorite versions. But you could easily add some lean chicken as well. Each serving is only 6 PointsPlus.

Use gluten-free noodles to make it gluten-free.

Spaghetti Bake

Another excellent WeightWatchers vegan dinner recipe is my Spaghetti Bake. This scrumptious pasta dish is just 5 PointsPlus per serving, and this recipe serves 6. I like to use the larger spaghetti noodles because my family really enjoys them, but any pasta type you like will work just fine.

Add some veggies for extra crunch and flavor! I like to use lots of garlic and my favorite veggie in this is mushrooms. If mushrooms are not your thing, just add in any vegetables you like and make it your own.

WeightWatchers Starter Dinner Recipes

Of course you can’t be expected to try one of my delicious WeightWatcher dinner recipes without a delicious starter as well. I do love a good appetizer so I will share a few of my absolute favorites with you here.

Weight Watchers Creamy Guacamole

ThisWeightWatchers Creamy Guacamole has 3 PointsPlus per serving. We all love avocados in my house, so this dip is made fairly frequently. I serve it with baby carrots, jicama and red bell pepper slices and black and green olives for dippin'.

It is really, really good.

Weight Watchers Taco Dip

Another family favorite appetizer is this WeightWatchers Taco Dip. It's naturally high in protein (yay, avocados!) and low in points – only 2 PointsPlus per serving. If you like your dip a little chunkier (which I sometimes do), just don't mash the avocado quite so much.

This starter dinner recipe is also good for the holidays, family gatherings, game days and any sort of party or pot luck you might be attending!

My next favorite appetizer recipe is one that I love to make in my Air Fryer. I enjoy using my Air Fryer because it cooks things to perfection and it is so simple, quick and easy to use.

I started out years ago using a smaller counter style Air Fryer and it was a wonderful addition to my kitchen. I used it all the time and even started a Facebook group to share WeightWatchers Air Fryer recipes. Please join!!

Basically, I loved using it. If you are just getting started with an Air Fryer, I highly recommend this type. It’s just so simple and you really can’t go wrong.

However, over time, I became enchanted with an Air Fryer that is also a smart oven. Did I really need it? Probably not. But it was so beautiful and it came in this gorgeous shade of navy blue and I knew I had to have it. I’m kinda crazy about anything that is blue.

So, I gave my original Air Fryer to a friends daughter when she went off to college, and purchased this smart oven Air Fryer for myself. I will say…it works fabulous!

Air Fryer Pretzels

I use it often to make my Air Fryer Pretzels. They are both an appetizer and a perfect WeightWatchers snack item.

Serve these delicious pretzels with my WeightWatchers beer cheese dip recipe.

Weight Watchers Zero Point Soup

One of the more well-known WeightWatchers dinner recipes is this WeightWatchers Zero Point Soup. I remember my Mom making zero point soup when I was a kid… that's how long it's been around!

The magic of zero point soup is that you can add whichever veggies you want and it's still zero points. Bam!

If you are unfamiliar with zero points, please check out my zero points food list. They are exactly what they sound like – foods you can eat every day that take up zero of your WeightWatchers points! So you can eat more of them without gaining weight. So check out the list and add as many of those items to this soup recipe as you would like!

Weight Watchers Broccoli Cheddar Soup

WeightWatchers Broccoli Cheddar Soup is a healthy vegetarian Weight Watchers recipe that's just 3 PointsPlus or 2 SMART Points for one serving. Just like with the other recipes, you can add extra veggies (like carrots!) without adding points.

WeightWatchers Dessert Recipes

Of course no dinner would be complete without an amazing tasting and healthy dessert. Here are a few of my favorites and of course you can find all my WeightWatchers dessert recipes here.

Mint Fluff

Many WeightWatchers desserts, like this Mint Fluff, are low in points. This recipe is cream cheesy and cool whippy and has only has 1 PointsPlus per serving.

Of course you also need to calculate what you use to dip into the mint fluff. Sugar free or low fat options are best. I recommend fat free graham crackers for dipping. My recipe also shows chocolate chips in the fluff and if you add those, you will want to make sure you add points for that.

Weight Watchers Apple Bundt Cake

One of my favorite desserts is this WeightWatchers Apple Bundt Cake. It's 6 PointsPlus for a serving, but some things are worth the splurge!

If you skip the powdered sugar glaze on top you can eliminate one point, but I think for just one point, the glaze is worth it!!

You probably know this already but… WeightWatchers is a lifestyle choice, it’s not a diet. Diets are short term; WeightWatchers recipes are sustainable for life.

It’s easy to follow the plan, and you never feel deprived or hungry. Vegetables are 0 Points, which means they’re basically freebies! If you’re hungry at night, you can snack on some carrots or zucchini slices. Hummus is very low in points so you can afford those even if you’re at your max points for the day.

I have tried WeightWatchers many times, and never used all of my points! The more you weigh, the more points you get. You get to add points in for exercising, too.

If you’re interested in trying WeightWatchers for free, you can do that, too!

Weight Watchers 0 point Cheesecake

The most popular dessert recipe on SlapDashMom is my WeightWatchers Zero Point Cheesecake.

It is one of the best WeightWatchers things I have ever made, WeightWatchers or not and I just know you will love it too.
