2. Adjust Text Size and Zoom

If you're having trouble with the size of the text and other items showing on the screen of your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, there are a couple options you can adjust them with.

Use the Larger Text Feature

With this option you can choose how large or small the text should look on your screen.

1. Open Settings on your phone or tablet.
   

1. Select Accessibility.
   

1. Then select Display & Text Size.
   

1. Select Larger Text.
   

1. Set the text size using the slider at the bottom. For even larger text, enable the Larger Accessibility Sizes feature.
   

Use the Zoom Feature

With this feature you can zoom in or out, and pan around the screen as if you were using a magnifying glass:

• Double tap with three fingers and make a stretching or pinching gesture to zoom in or out.
• Drag three fingers around the screen to pan.

1. Turn the feature On if you want to use it or turn it Off if you want to avoid using it accidentally.
   

1. The zoom feature doesn't work right away. Once the feature is turned on, you have to double tap the screen with three fingers to activate or deactivate it. When activated, the entire screen will be zoomed in by default.
   

1. If you don't want to zoom in the entire screen, you can switch to Window Zoom which acts like a magnifier on top of your screen. Tap Zoom Region.
   

1. Select Window Zoom.
   

1. You'll see a zoom window show up on the screen which you can move to the area you wish to zoom in on. Tap and hold one of the edges then slide your finger around the screen to move the zoom window.
   

1. To set the maximum zoom level, use the slider at the bottom of the screen.
