Chris Brown Drops 11th Studio Album ’11:11′: Stream It Now

Chris Brown just dropped his aptly named 11th studio album 11:11 on Friday, Nov. 10 via Chris Brown Entertainment and RCA Records.

As the title suggests, the hip-hop star was originally set to release the album on Saturday (11/11, get it?) — but on Instagram, he announced in a short clip that “I’mma give [the album] to y’all a day early, album come out tomorrow.” He later wrote in the video caption that “the album was supposed to drop Saturday.. but we dropping early.”

He previously released singles “Summer Too Hot,” “Sensational” (featuring Davido and Lojay) and “Nightmares” (featuring Byron Messia) ahead of the album. “Summer Too Hot” hit No. 2 on Rhythmic Airplay, while “Sensational” hit No. 2 on World Digital Song Sales. Brown previously announced Future and Fridayy as featured artists on the double-disc project, with 11 tracks being on each side.

11:11 arrives a year after his 10th studio album Breezy, which he released on June 24, 2022, via CBE and RCA. The album — which was preceded by singles “Iffy,” “WE (Warm Embrace)” and “Call Me Every Day” (featuring Wizkid) — reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200 and No. 2 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

The new LP also comes after a year of major collaborations for Brown, including songs with fellow stars like Ciara (on “How We Roll”), Chlöe (on “How Does It Feel”), Fridayy (on “Don’t Give It Away”), Ty Dolla $ign (on “Motion”) and Tee Grizzley with Mariah the Scientist (“IDGAF”).

I like the sound of his collaborative music with Wiz Kid and Davido. It's sexy, sensual, feel good music. The beats are so good for dancing, sipping wine, relaxing, etc... He should focus more on that.

I like sensational too ....it's smooth and not overtly explicit.

but angel numbers are private communications....so idk how I feel about the commercial use of angel numbers....it don't work that way

Okay so the first song I listened to used that trap beat that he needs to throw out the window. I liked sh00ter, stutter and another slow song. I don't think it's better than the second half of his last album. I will try to listen to the rest, but nothing was memorable aside from the single with Davido.

Because that when the start counting streams for next weeks chart. And thats why it is so funny that he could not with releasing for one day. Charts and beating women are more important I guess

Now when it comes to his song “Angel Numbers/Ten Toes” I seriously want Angel Numbers to be its own song. I love Ten Toes too, but Angel Numbers is so beautiful to me that it should’ve been it’s own record.

I listened to some of the songs and I'm surprised I actually like some of them but he needs to tone down the auto tune. I also didn't like the album cover lol.
Sensational really stood out to me.
I really enjoyed summer too hot as well.
I find that a lot of the songs don't really flow together but this album seems more experimental so I'll allow it.
